Search engine optimization is the accumulation of strategies and techniques used to increase the number of visitors to the website by getting the top of search results. An important function of SEO is to make your website more user-friendly for both users and search engine robots.
SEO helps the engine understand what the particular page is about and how it will be useful to the user. In today’s high-level competition, it is essential that, it involves an efficient SEO strategy. However, many people are not convinced about how Google ranks new websites.
Let’s look at two Main types of SEO: On- page SEO and Off-page SEO
On-page SEO is a practice to get a higher rank and optimize individual pages to acquire more relevant organic traffic. In this article, there are various tips on On-page SEO:
1. Add your keywords to your Title
The title of the article defines its contents. As a result, keywords rich titles will play a more important role in Google. Generally, the closer the keyword is to the beginning of the title tag, the higher the weight for the search engine. To actually see this, Google will search for competitive keywords. As you can see, most of the pages ranked by competitive keywords strategically place them at the beginning of the title tag. It is not mandatory, but to do so is wise. Doing so will make your website more relevant to what people search.
2. Place your keywords in first paragraph
The ideal place to begin putting keywords in articles is within the first 100 words. There are many people who come naturally, but many bloggers like long intros before being bothered by keywords. We can not recommend this for obvious reasons that Google does not think it is relevant to search results.
3. Use Outbound Links
Outbound links are the main source of attention to your website. There are many people who make mistakes by not including links of others websites/article. Outbound links indicate to Google that articles are both useful and informative, that are essential requirements for ranking. Therefore, always add outbound links to each article. Please make sure the link is related to your content, and that it is from a genuine high quality source.
4. Use Inbound Links
Because inbound links link to different pages of the domain, it is important to lower the bounce rate and optimization of the website. As link juice spreads, visitors stay on websites for a long time and traffic on the site also increases. It improves the navigation experience for the user. It will keep your visitors revolving around your own website. However, do not overdo it. Just add 3 to 4 internal links.
5. Add target keywords in the URL
Because the keywords are essentially the backbone of on-page SEO, you need to pay more attention to them. There is no reason not to include them in your URL. Inclusion has its advantages. If you assimilate targeted keywords into URLs, you can verify that there are another reason and way that Google considers your articles relevant to a particular phrase.
6. Add Meta Description
The meta description is one of the most important and visible elements next to the title tag and URL. If you want traffic efficiently on your latest articles and on your website, please make sure the meta description is attractive and informative. It is necessary to call the viewer’s curiosity within 150 words. You click on a specific result after reading the meta description. The same way of thinking is applied to the audience. Pay attention to the meta description, you will naturally see results.
7. Write Long Articles
Research showed that longer content will help improve the ranking on Google. You need to set a goal of at least 2000 words with minimum 1000 words in every article. This inevitably brings long tail traffic and will increase the exposure of your site.
Long content not only helps to add keywords to it, but it also has a natural emphasis on information as well. The credibility of a post becomes higher the longer the text is. In other words, we recognize that it is more relevant than short and concise text. Since recent search patterns are synonymous with long tail keywords, the longer the text is, the more likely it will be higher than the others.

Do not forget to do research well before you write the first word while you write articles you want to grab people’s attention. Before you begin make sure that all relevant information is available. Good research brings talent, and it brings in a long and comprehensive composition.
8. Image Optimization
Please make sure that the photo on your website has the file name containing the target keyword. Also, the target keyword must be part of the Alt text of the image. This improves optimization for your articles and also creates clearer photos for the search engine on your articles/page relevance. The image is an important component of every web site, making it visually appealing and informative. Optimizing your images should naturally boost your rankings. Also, your image will be top of Google Images search.
9. Always check your Site’s speed
Slow websites are bad for users as well as search engine optimization. In this way, slow websites can cause your site to be ranked lower by search engine results. This reduces page views and reduces advertising revenue and customer conversions. There are several ways to optimize your site to speed up. First of all, you should upgrade your hosting plan and rethink the plan that you started when you first launched your website. VPS hosting is probably the option you want to go. “In the cloud” means that it spans multiple computers, sometimes hundreds of computers. It is cheaper and more flexible than the dedicated server.
Understanding HTTP requests is another way to speed up the site as too many requests always slow down the page. Next, use Photoshop or Gimp to optimize the photos you add to the web page. The larger the image, the slower the speed of the site. You can change the resolution without sacrificing image quality at all, and this will keep your site interesting as it is smooth. If you create too many extra files, the performance of the site will be drastically reduced and the loading time will be longer. It is best to avoid using plug-ins whenever possible. Although it is not ideal to remove them completely, there is a way to reduce the number of the whole.
Periodically, check the plugin and use alternative means such as adding a link to the footer as much as possible. Apart from not taking up space, old WordPress plugins are often third-party code packages, which often causes security vulnerabilities. Try minimizing the plugin considering both speed and security. Finally, page caching, where you store data on a web page, visitors can quickly access that page because you do not need to retrieve each file again in the database.
10. Mobile friendly website
Mobile-friendly websites should be displayed in a user-friendly way to mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. This means that when you open a site on your smartphone you do not have to pinch and zoom to read the content and click the link. This will improve readability and ease of use on smartphones and save extra effort.
Our recommended setting is Fluid Responsive Design. The responsive design represents a web site that is dynamically resized to the width of the displayed device or browser. Responsive design uses a single code base that works across hundreds of devices. Naturally, the high portability means that there are many viewers. In other words, the traffic of the site increases.
11. Create High-Quality Backlinks
Link building is the most important and most challenging SEO strategy. The truth is, without a high-quality backlink, your website is competitive and not ranked by keyword with high traffic. Websites with the most valuable and relevant backlink will eventually rank. But what you need to be aware of is how to get a high-quality backlink. Well, today I will introduce one of my favorite tactics for getting high-quality backlinks.
12. Broken link building
A broken link building tactic is to identify a broken link on others website from your business niche. The main purpose is to replace the broken link with an active link pointing to your content. This technique creates important opportunities for building SEO links as no one wants Broken links on their website. If you find broken links on topically related websites, you can immediately contact the owner of the website and inform him about it. Since you will benefit him by pointing out a broken link, you can kindly request replacement with a link to your related resource. Of course, the substitute – your article – must be beneficial and informative for the reader.
Well, the problem is how to automate the process of finding broken links. You will need a tool to do this. On my experience, the best free tool to use to build a broken link is Check My Links. This is a simple Google Chrome extension. First, you need to install extensions in the Google Chrome browser. When the installation is completed, it appears as a small checkmark icon next to the address bar. When you click on it, it will immediately start scanning all the links on a specific web page. If the link is broken or disabled, it will be highlighted in red and an error will be displayed next to the text (for example, “404”).
To detect broken links, open all the results one by one and scan each page using the Check My Links plugin. If you find it, please write an e-mail to the website owner about the broken link and kindly request to replace it with your active page.
13. Guestographics method
Another link construction method using infographic. In this method, instead of publishing infographic graphics and asking others to share it, you’re pushing them to release it on their site in exchange for unique content. The steps are :
Step 1: Post an infographic on your site
Step 2: Find sites that write about your infographic’s topic
Step 3: Show them your infographic
Step 4: Offer them unique content
Step 5: Get your contextual backlinks in return
14. Answer on Quora
Quora is a website where users generate content completely. They post questions via threads and other users answer them. Basically, it is a yahoo answer type social network that functions as an internet forum. Both threads and answers can receive “votes” which means that answers are worthwhile and popular. Responses with the most votes are placed at the top of the thread.
15. Comment on Blogs
Commenting on the blog creates a backlink and increases traffic to your blog. Most of these links are not worth and are therefore of little value, but the process is still useful. In the case of a new blog, comments (user-generated content) help to speed up the indexing of websites. Comments help to promote referral traffic to your blog. However, it is important to post valuable comments. Regular comments are the best way to contact individuals with bloggers. It may take time to create these connections, but site managers and other co-bloggers have long-term benefits.
16. Stay Active on Social Media
Regarding ranking, Google does not care much about social media, but by actually activating it on Facebook, Google+, or Twitter, you can improve the popularity and traffic of your site. The more you post a link to a blog on a social network, the more likely it is for people to visit your blog, resulting in increased traffic.
17. Stay updated with Google’s algorithm
Google updates its search algorithm frequently. For example, February 23, 2016, Google changed the AdWords significantly, completely removed the right column advertisement and rolled out 4 advertisement top blocks on many commercial searches. This was a paid search renewal, but with regard to particularly competitive keywords, CTR had a major impact on both paid and organic outcomes. To develop a strategy for site ranking, you need to understand this kind of change.
