TIPS TO REDUCE BELLY FAT QUICK & SIMPLE

People eat all sort of junk food and don’t think about their health anymore. That is when your fat and cholesterol increases and you don’t even notice. Today I’m going to share with you some tips to lose belly fat quick and simple.

1. STOP EATING JUNK FOOD

  1. Junk food is the fastest way to increase cholesterol and belly fat so to reduce fat you need to stop eating junk foods like pizza, burger, KFC Chicken and also sort of stuff that is in your way. You have to know how these junk foods affect your body. Burned and fried food item has maximum number of cholesterol that has the capacity to stop our heart at any time. Every packet of snack containing high cholesterol has a warning sign on its packet but we still eat it without thinking about our health. Lets be very clear if you don’t stop eating fatty foods; you will die from different other diseases before even dying due to heavy belly fat.

2. DRINK A LOT OF WATER

Did you know drinking water can reduce belly fat? You didn’t? Well, Drinking a lot of water can reduce fat really soon. You can drink 2 glasses of water every 3 or 4 hours. It will prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.

3. PLAY PC GAMES OR WATCH TV

Distract yourself from junk food. Remember! You are reading this blog because you need help. So remind yourself to not be distracted from your aim. Just watch some shows on Netflix or play some PC games.

4. EATING HEALTHY DIET

A healthy diet will balance your belly fat. Eat food like Rice, cereals, Oatmeal, carrots, and other vegetables. Eating tomatoes can reduce belly fat really quick. Vegetables like tomatoes, lemon, garlic have fat reducing properties. You can also try drinking apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is told to be a good source for reducing belly fat. Take 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it with a glass of water and drink it. In a few Days, you will see change in you.

5. DIETING

You need to Diet a lot if you are too heavier than the normal weight. Every person needs to be in a specific weight which indicates their health. A person should have proper weight according to its height. Height and weight should be proportional to each other and your BMI should be in limit. For example: If your height is 180 cm and you weight 90 kilograms then your BMI will 27.8 which is overweight. You can find many online BMI calculator on google.

6. DIET ROUTINE

You need to be specific about your diet routine. You cannot be like “Today I want to eat this” and “Today I want to eat that”. No! You cannot do that. Make a proper diet list; paste it on wall and follow it regularly unless you reach your goal.

7. EXERCISE

Join a gym or yoga will help you. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines . Doing yoga will discipline your daily routine and help you to stay positive.

8. DRINKING MILK OR EATING DAIRY PRODUCT

Eating dairy products does not include eating cheese. Drinking milk is a great way to reduce belly fat. Milk is very high in nutrients that help to clean your blood and provide very high nutrient to the body and mind, especially bones. Milk is an awesome source to strengthen your bones while in return will help you to lose belly fat faster than before.

  1. I’ve always been confused about BMI. I am a fit 58 year old male and fairly muscular. Since muscle weighs more than fat, my BMI taken at face value indicates that I am over weight.

    How do I truly find out if I am over weight or not?

    • Go to google. Search for a BMI calculator. Enter your height in centimeter and present weight. It will show up whether you are overweight or not according to your height. You can also find chart pictures online. The top will show your height and left will show your present weight. Yellow means underweight, Green means normal and red means overweight I guess.
