HOW DO I REDUCE MY HEADACHE IN LESS THAN A MINUTE?

  1. Keep your mind silent Stop thinking everything you are basically imagining right now. Yes, human brains are divided into 3 parts- Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious. We usually suffer from headache due to two reasons – 
  • Over thinking
  • Poor Health

Human brain is continuously thinking about the things unconsciously without our knowledge. Actually! It would be wrong to say it that way. You are continuously thinking about something. Just keep silence for 10 seconds and concentrate on your mind; you will hear each and everything you are thinking right now. To get rid of headache you need to stop thinking right now. Normally, people cannot keep their mind silent for more than 10 seconds. Sometimes less. You need to practice to keep it silent.

  • Get a watch or a wall clock. 
  • Focus on your brain for 10 seconds.
  • Now that you started to focus, you will listen your thoughts. That is what we need to stop.
  •  Now, look at the clock and concentrate to not think about anything for as long as you can. 
  • At first, you will not be able to concentrate at all. Do not be discouraged. 
  • It is only the beginning of First day. 
  • Repeat the same thing. Look at the clock and try to keep your mind silent for longer time or as long as you can. 
  • Once you get a hang of it. Increase the time limit.
  • If you could keep your mind silent for 10 seconds then concentrate on keeping your mind silent for 20 seconds.
  • You will take 5 days maximum to catch the technique.
  • When you reach completely 60 seconds. Now, start from the beginning & keep silence for whole 60 seconds. 
  • That way you will know; you have got the hang of it or not. 
  • Now that you learned to keep your mind silent; practice it and master it. Because, if you don’t practice then you will lose the hang of it. And you will need to start it from the beginning. 
  • Now that you know how to control your thoughts. You can apply it when you suffer from headache. 
  • Just keep your mind silent for 60 seconds. It will hardly take you 40 to 45 seconds to lower down your headache up to 80%.
